Change Server Name in Banner?

I'm stumped. Can anyone point me to information on how to change the server name in the banner? For example, I'd like:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Wed, 05 Jun 2019 02:56:12 GMT
--> Server: Apache <--
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

to be:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Wed, 05 Jun 2019 02:56:12 GMT
--> Server: Something Else <--
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
